Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

1. Appointment Booking
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.
Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.

2. Age Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed at Bones N’ All Tattoo.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment.
We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances—even with parental consent.

3. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any allergies, medications, or health conditions prior to their appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Our studio follows all local and state health department guidelines to ensure a safe and sterile environment.

4. Tattoo Design and Artist Rights
All designs are the intellectual property of Bones N’ All Tattoo and its artists unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse any tattoo design that includes hate speech, racism, or offensive content.
Photos of your tattoo may be shared in artist portfolios or on social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is based on the artist’s hourly rate, design complexity, size, and placement.
All quotes are estimates and may change depending on time and detail involved.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment apps. Tips are appreciated but never required.

6. Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Because tattoos are permanent and results vary by skin type and aftercare, we do not offer refunds on completed work.
Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion. If poor healing is due to improper aftercare, additional charges may apply.

7. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients receive printed or verbal aftercare instructions.
Following these instructions is your responsibility.
We are not liable for infections, fading, or complications resulting from neglect or poor aftercare.

8. Studio Conduct
We expect respectful behavior from all clients and guests.
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disrespect toward artists or staff will result in the refusal of service.
Only one guest per client is allowed in the tattoo area unless approved by the artist.

9. Policy Updates
Bones N’ All Tattoo reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
All changes will be posted on this page.
By booking an appointment or receiving services at Bones N’ All Tattoo, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
